Role Overview
This role focuses on operational consistency across Hubexia and its client delivery operations. You will support process documentation, reporting structure, workflow alignment, and governance routines for both internal systems and external engagements.
What you will do
- Assist with SOP documentation and workflow mapping for internal and client support operations.
- Track operational metrics and reporting updates tied to delivery outcomes.
- Support cross-team and client-facing alignment on deadlines and responsibilities.
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
